The producer

From the Koke Washing Station in Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region, we’re thrilled to showcase both natural and washed versions of this exceptional coffee, giving you the chance to explore how processing shapes flavour.

This particular release has undergone a traditional washed process, where ripe cherries are pulped, fermented, washed, and then carefully dried. The result? A beautifully clean and elegant cup that highlights everything we love about washed Yirgacheffe coffees. Expect bergamot, juicy apricot, and a tart hint of rhubarb, all wrapped in a delicate floral profile that rounds out the cup beautifully.

We’d love to hear how you’re brewing and what you’re tasting - share your experience with us @saintespresso.
