Christmas & New Year Shipping Information
We dispatch all orders placed before 8am, Monday–Friday, on the same day using 48-hour tracked delivery.
Last Order Date for Christmas Delivery
To ensure your coffee arrives before Christmas Day, please place your order before 8am on 18th December 2025.
Holiday Dispatch Schedule
22nd & 23rd December
We will dispatch all orders placed before 8am on these dates.
Please note: Orders dispatched on 22nd or 23rd December will not arrive before Christmas Day.
24th–28th December
Our Roastery is closed. Orders placed during this period will be dispatched on 29th December 2025.
29th, 30th & 31st December
Orders placed before 8am will be dispatched on the same day.
1st–4th January 2026
We are closed. Orders placed during this time will be dispatched on 5th January 2026.
Returns
If something with your order is not right upon delivery, we will meet our legal obligations around refunds and returns. We don't as standard offer refunds because things aren't to your taste, or you've changed you mind. However, in cases where quality standards are not met please contact us at roastery@saintespresso.com and we will find a solution for you.
In cases where you experience problems with brewing equipment within the warranty period, please contact us on shop@saintespresso.com with the following details:
- Order number and date of purchase
- Serial number if the equipment has one
- A description and photo or video of the problem you're experiencing
We have the upmost confidence in all the products we offer, however if you are unsatisfied with the quality of a product which you have received, please contact us to discuss the matter & we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
