Shipping & Returns
We have a 9am cutoff for same-day dispatch. So, orders place before 9am Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day, and orders place after 9am are dispatched the following business day.
- Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri (except bank holidays)
- Orders 1.75kg or less are sent via Royal Mail on a 48hr service
- Orders over 1.75kg are sent with DPD on a 24hr service
If something with your order is not right upon delivery, we will meet our legal obligations around refunds and returns. We don't as standard offer refunds because things aren't to your taste, or you've changed you mind. However, in cases where quality standards are not met please contact us at email@example.com and we will find a solution for you.
In cases where you experience problems with brewing equipment within the warranty period, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Order number and date of purchase
- Serial number if the equipment has one
- A description and photo or video of the problem you're experiencing
We have the upmost confidence in all the products we offer, however if you are unsatisfied with the quality of a product which you have received, please contact us to discuss the matter & we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
