We are currently hiring for the following roles:

Front of House:

You will be the face of the Saint brand in our front of house role, greeting all our customers in a friendly way and ensuring they receive top quality service time and time again. You will form an integral part of the Saint experience within the neighbourhood, allowing our customers to have a memorable and enjoyable time in our cafés.


Specialty coffee is our thing, so it needs to be yours too. We pride ourselves on the coffee we source, roast and pour, and this passion and attention to detail needs to shine through as a Saint barista. The world of coffee is a fascinating, ever-growing one, and a keen interest in the industry is paramount to being the best Barista you can be.

Kitchen assistant:

Seasonal brunches at two of our locations are what make Saint a top destination on the London foodie scene. Attention to detail and showcasing the beautiful produce we use is paramount to this role, helping out the chef on duty to provide quality food and service every single time.

Kitchen supervisor:

Keeping the kitchen area safe and hygienic is what allows us to create seasonal, beautiful brunches. This role is fundamental to the food team at Saint, with the organisation of inventory and storage along with planning menus and control portion costs will all be key aspects of the role.

Kitchen porter:

We put a lot of consideration and passion into our food menus, so it’s very important that our seasonal dishes are also delivered to the customer in a perfect manner. Friendly, positive and helpful kitchen porters can really impact someones experience at our cafés.


Cakes, pastries and other homemade treats make the Saint experience one to remember. Fuelling our neighbourhoods goes beyond the specialty coffee we serve, and making our own baked creations will become a huge part of the brand experience and growth going forward.

Store cluster manager:

To ensure all our neighbourhoods get the perfect Saint experience, the staff behind them need to be managed accordingly. All our staff are the shop window of our brand, and we pride ourselves on friendly, top quality service, a standard that should always be maintained. Each store will have it’s challenges but a positive and proactive store cluster manager will be able to find solutions to ensure the cafés run smoothly.

Partnerships manager:

Providing our in-house roasted coffee goes far beyond our cafés and we have some brilliant brands who are part of the Saint partnerships family. This role will involve managing key relationships and accounts, as we develop our roastery and look to expand our client base.
