The producer

In 2022 we purchased the washed version, and last year we purchased the natural version. This year, we were so impressed with this years harvest, we decided to buy both.

The Koke washing station has 10 fermentation tanks, which are used to process the coffee cherries bought from local small holder farmers. This coffee has undergone a traditional washed process, whereby cherries are pulped and left to ferment, before being washed and then dried. The washed process has brought forward the classically clean and elegant profile of what we love about great Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region. You can expect loads of stonefruit, coupled with classic floral earl grey notes, and a hints of soft melon.

But dont take our word for it, let us know how you are brewing and what you are tasting @saintespresso
