The producer

Andrés Trujillo is a natural at producing naturals. Due to the climate, naturally processed coffees are relatively difficult to process in Colombia, making Andrés one of a minority of smallholders who have chosen to go down the route of producing naturals.

Grown on his farm, Finca La Esperanza, at an altitude of 1900masl, this lot is comprised of the varieties: Castillo, Caturra, and San Bernardo.

In the cup, we get flavours reminiscent of childhood Raspberry Ripple, followed by a harmonically entwined journey of parma violets and black grape, with a juicy black sable finish. We hope you enjoy this little delight as much as we do.
