The producer
From the Koke Washing Station in Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region, we are thrilled to showcase both natural and washed versions of this exceptional coffee, giving you the chance to explore how processing shapes flavour.
This release has undergone a traditional natural process, where ripe cherries are carefully dried whole in the sun before the fruit is removed, resulting in a vibrant, fruit-forward cup with a syrupy body and lingering finish. Expect juicy notes of blueberry and fresh strawberry, layered with the rich, unrefined sweetness of panela, creating a jammy, expressive profile that’s bursting with flavour. We’d love to hear how you’re brewing and what you’re tasting - share your experience with us @saintespresso.
