The coffee

Amidst the rare hybrids and celebrated Geishas, Red Bourbon holds its place with quiet distinction. Known for its refined structure and natural sweetness, this varietal is a classic
for a reason. Grown at high altitude and processed with precision, it delivers an elegant cup that leaves a lasting impression.  Honey-processed with around 50 percent of the fruit’s mucilage left intact, this lot was dried slowly and evenly to develop clarity, texture, and balance. The result is a bright yet composed cup, silky, structured, and expressive, with notes of pink grapefruit, raspberry, and flat peach.  Let us know what you are tasting @saintespresso!
