We’re proud to maintain our long-term partnership with Fernando Beloni, who impresses with his perfect mix of consistency and creativity. Every season, he delivers the quality we expect while also showcasing his versatility. His focus on regenerative farming means he’s not just growing great coffee, but also caring for the land.

We have sourced three different coffees: honey, natural, and anaerobic, having fun exploring exciting flavours and experimenting with blends. This is the first of three releases, featuring a special blend of anaerobic and natural coffees, crafted in small batches to highlight the shift in seasons. The anaerobic lot brings a bright, lively lift, while the natural coffee adds a soft, sweet balance that complements it beautifully. Together they create a vibrant, warming cup that perfectly suits the changing weather and time of year.

Anaerobic coffee is a unique process where beans are fermented in an oxygen-free environment, helping develop complex and fruitier flavours. In this blend, you can expect notes of almond, rich dark chocolate, and bright blood orange flavours that come together in a smooth, exciting way. This is a limited release, so be sure to enjoy this seasonal blend while it lasts!
