We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Fernando Beloni, whose coffee embodies both his craft and his pioneering commitment to regenerative farming. Growing up among the fields, Fernando learned early that the land thrives when treated with care and respect. Today, he leads AgroBeloni, where regenerative practices restore soil health, strengthen biodiversity, and elevate agricultural standards across the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil.
This coffee variety is Catuaí Vermelho IAC-144, processed using the pulped natural method, where the cherry skin is removed but some pulp remains on the bean during drying. This method combines the clarity of washed coffee with the fruity sweetness and full body of natural coffee, highlighting the coffee’s natural sweetness and clean flavours.
