The producer
We’re excited to share the final of our three seasonal releases from our long-standing partner, Fernando Beloni, whose coffees reflect both his craft and his commitment to regenerative farming. Following the first two releases, we’re now celebrating the honey process. This method lets the coffee’s natural sweetness and complexity shine, achieved by selecting ripe cherries, partially removing the mucilage, and carefully drying to preserve both sweetness and clarity. Some may say we’ve saved the best for last, but truly, we haved loved them all.
Expect rich, layered flavours of date, praline, and dark chocolate in a cup. It’s indulgent and comforting, perfect for crisp winter evenings, festive mornings, or those quiet family gatherings. Crafted in small batches to capture the magic of the season, this release is a celebration of care, craft, and seasonal cheer.
