As the holiday season arrives, enjoy our filter offering from the highlands of Buesaco in Nariño, Colombia.  Sourced through our partners at Café Granja La Esperanza and their close collaboration with Asociación Nariño, this lot embodies the exceptional quality and craftsmanship the region is celebrated for. Grown at high altitude and shaped by Nariño’s distinct micro-climate, Juanambu captures the spirit of care and connection that makes this time of year so special.  Handpicked cherries, selected at peak ripeness, bring a perfect balance of sweetness to the cup. After being depulped without water using traditional equipment, the coffee undergoes a gentle 19–22 hour fermentation before being fully washed and carefully dried at controlled temperatures between 35°C and 45°C. The result is a beautifully clean and balanced cup.

In the cup, Juanambu evokes notes of apple strudel, cherry, and dried apricot, festive flavours that feel right at home by the glow of fairy lights. Whether you’re a seasoned specialty coffee drinker or discovering it for the first time, Juanambu is a true Christmas comfort coffee: warm, familiar, and full of joy.
