This Christmas, we’re celebrating comfort in every cup with a decaf that feels as joyful as the season itself. Naturally processed and beautifully sweet, it’s the kind of coffee that makes you forget it’s decaf at all. High in the hills of Caldas, around fifty small farmers bring their ripe coffee cherries to the La Aurora and Jamaica stations in Villamaría. This collaborative approach allows the team to focus on quality and consistency, producing coffees that truly reflect the richness of their region. Villamaría is known for its skill with natural and honey processes, using a carefully controlled mechanical drying system to bring out clarity and balance. The decaffeination uses Ethyl Acetate made from locally fermented sugarcane, a gentle and sustainable method that preserves the coffee’s sweetness and character. Natural processed decaf is less common, which is why this cup shows such standout sweetness and clarity. Expect a smooth, full, and festive coffee with notes of red apple, toffee, and chocolate. Perfect for cosy mornings, late-night gatherings, or any quiet moment that calls for warmth.
