Double Dip - Fazenda Sao Paolo, Brazil

This project between current U.K. Roasting Champion Diana Johnston and Saint Coffee Roasters presents a double-dip of Jose Carlos Cepera's high-scoring auction lot coffee: Fazenda Sao Paolo.  This pack aims to explore Diana's approach to the roasting championships by juxtaposing a traditional roast curve against a more experimental one, and we invite you to explore the differences in both texture and flavour.

This coffee was produced during a particularly challenging time where Brazil was recovering from frost, drought and covid.  All of these challenges did not stop Jose from producing a balanced, high-scoring cup.  Cepera's motto at the farm is "love what you do", and we love what he does.
