Grown in Guatemala’s highest coffee producing region, Huehuetenango, comes this three varietal blend of Bourbon, Typica & Caturra.

As an espresso we find clear flavours of buttery toffee coming through, followed by a tartness we associate with red berries like cranberry, or raspberry. This espresso finishes with a lingering sugared almond sweetness.

When running this for espresso in our stores, we lean towards a longer extraction, of around a 1:2.7 ratio.
