For this release, we’re showcasing two distinct expressions of the same exceptional coffee: Natural and Washed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Pink Bourbon seedlings are first grown at El Fénix in Quindío by Raw Material, a green coffee social enterprise focused on increasing producer profits. They are then shared with farming families in Villamaría, helping establish the variety across the region.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor this Natural lot, the coffee is processed using the Water Pillow technique, developed at El Fénix. Whole cherries are sealed beneath a plastic membrane with cool water layered above, creating a stable, low-temperature, oxygen-limited fermentation.
