Bold and delicious notes of cherry pie, rum & raisin and redcurrant jam. This champagne yeast fermentation coffee is complex and packed full of flavour.


The Finca La Senda farm, now run by Arnoldo Perez Melendez and his wife, Maria Escobar dates back to the 1940's. They switched to specialty back in 2017, when Arnoldo took advantage of his deep knowledge in the agricultural space and Maria leveraged her skills as an exceptional cook to master the art of coffee fermentation and processing.
