Their work focuses on creating opportunity for farming communities through training, fairer employment and long-term investment in coffee.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eMusaza is a Red Bourbon grown at around 1,800 masl. After harvest, the cherries are carefully hand sorted, spread across raised beds and turned throughout a slow 26–33 day drying process before being milled in Kigali.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eThat patience comes through in the cup.
