The coffee
For this naturally processed lot, cherries are first floated in water to remove defects before being carefully dried in a parabolic solar dryer for 20 days.The result is a vibrant, fruit-forward cup with tasting notes of pink grapefruit, plum, and chablis.

The producer
Arbin Molina comes from a family of coffee growers and learned the craft of farming as a child alongside his father, Stanly. After spending some time working in a textile factory, he returned to coffee production when his father gifted him a piece of land. On his small farm, La Montaña, he grows exclusively Parainema, alongside plantain and orange trees.
Starting small, he has now reached a production volume that allows him to sell his coffee as distinct microlots. Despite facing common challenges for producers in the region—such as labor shortages and rising agricultural costs—Arbin has successfully produced two nano lots this season: one natural and one honey-processed. We were able to secure the entire natural lot—just 60 kilos, making it a truly exclusive coffee.
