Claudia Maria Carvalho Ribeiro Rezende's family has always been linked to coffee growing in the Três Corações region, in Minas Gerais. In 1998, when she acquired the farm, she named it Maria Celeste, in honour of her husband's grandmother. It’s our first year working with Claudia’s coffee, and this is a fantastic lot to start with. Boasting notes of peach yoghurt, raspberry and cherries the complexity found in this coffee is the reason we chose to work with Minasul. Year after year they’ve provided some of the best Brazilian coffee’s we’ve ever tasted and this one is a shining example of that.
