The coffee was named Capulinero after the migratory birds that mysteriously arrived at the beginning of the process and left just as it came to an end.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eEmbracing this happy accident, the family developed a daring sequence of anaerobic fermentation, outdoor oxidation and a secondary anaerobic seal, transforming a weather setback into something truly extraordinary.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThat experimentation comes through in the cup.
