From the Shantawene community in Ethiopia, this cup brings flavours of apricot, lavender, raspberry and lime together.

The producer

This coffee from is a micro-lot and has been called Odaco to reflect the powerful culture of Shantawene, Sidama people.  This incredible coffee is from the Daye Bensa farmers who have a particular "Community" oriented business, delivering additional bonus payment to the farmers based on the volume they contribute to the Micro-lots by rewarding consistency year in, year out.
